Life-Fit Festival Overview:

We've brought the worlds of sport and fitness under one roof for a weekend-long festival of sporting competitions, seminars, drop in classes and exhibit booths offering discount and sale prices on nutrition products, clothing, sports and fitness equipment and gym memberships all highlighted by the 2006 Canadian Bodybuilding Championships.
